Themis S. Roussos v. Workments Compensation Appeal Board (St. Vincent Health Center‪)‬

Themis Roussos (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workmens Compensation Board of Review (Board), which affirmed a decision of the Referee holding that Claimants petition for reinstatement of compensation was not timely filed within 500 weeks (i.e. 9.6 years) of the effective date of a prior suspension order. We affirm.
