Thompson v. County of Franklin

This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, McCurn, J., dismissing plaintiffs complaint on the ground that she lacks standing to challenge a county governments assessment and collection of taxes on her real property that she alleges is within the territorial boundaries of an Indian reservation. For the reasons stated below, we reverse and remand.
