What could be more memorable than traveling to exotic places and experiencing new foods along the way. The two go together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich; the perfect combination.

Even though this is not a cookbook, the recipes are intended to make you get hungry while reading and traveling mentally, mostly family recipes without much fuss.

This is my story and how I got to the place I dreamed of without Google, Facebook, Uber or the internet - without knowing what awaited me at my final destination.

I feel so lucky to have lived in a time like that and hope it will inspire you to travel to the magical shores of the Caribbean or whatever foreign destination you may dream of.
