One year after breaking up with Preston, Arizona has officially adopted his step niece, Dinah, and is balancing being a single father with two kids and a budding career as an author. When his début book comes out, he's launched into fame beyond his imagination, due in no small part to his boyfriend and marketing manager Rafe Mansoor.
