Descripción editorial

This book examines Bangalore startups, and compares the city’s startup environment with rival global hubs such as the Silicon Valley and Tel Aviv, along with a historical perspective. It also examines Bangalore’s creaking infrastructure and considers whether the city can go on to become the world’s startup capital, as some claim, or sink into oblivion, as many others including scientists fear because of extreme pollution.

The book includes data-rich lists such as:

* Biggest startups;
* Most funded startups;
* Most valuable startups;
* Top angel investors;
* Leading venture capital firms, etc.

Finally, the book includes a directory of over 1,000 Bangalore startups, organized by sectors.
