Walking home from work, I saw a black hole hovering about one hundred feet above Erie Boulevard in Schenectady, NY. As an engineer at GE, I knew what it was and called 911. After a while I was believed and a helicopter was dispatched. I gave the pilot instructions on what needed to be done. This story gives details.
