Crowley v. L.L. Bean

This matter comes on before this court on defendant-appellant L.L. Beans appeal from the district courts order entered November 8, 2001, denying its motion for judgment as a matter of law or, in the alternative, for a new trial. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the order of the district court and uphold the jury verdict in favor of plaintiff-appellee Eileen Crowley.
