With telekinesis, telepathy and magical teleportation between planets, Ekata reminds me of Madeleine L’Engle’s A Wrinkle in Time and it was just as fun to read … my heart was wrenched out of my throat several times in this story and I had several bouts of crying sessions. Once Asher and Alexis came together I devoured the book in two 3-hour sittings. Seriously, I cannot wait for book two. — Kristina Lucero

The world building was excellent … made me feel like I was there. … I’m anxious to see where the next part of the story is headed. There is a ton of potential and plenty of places for the author to take us with this creative world and plot. If you like fantasy give this a try. — Shannon Thompson
