Cleophas Johannes Tsokodayiis a former senior Zimbabweandiplomat with more than 20years practical experience indiplomacy and internationalrelations. He held the positionof Deputy Head of Mission atDiplomatic Missions in Beijing,United Nations in New York,Moscow and Berlin. He wasActing Head of Mission to Germanyand Switzerland in 2007.He was the Director of several Departments at the Ministry ofForeign Affairs in Harare responsible for policy and research,public information, legal and consular affairs, multilateral affairsand African affairs. He holds a Doctorate in the Historyof International Relations and Foreign Policy (Russian Academyof Sciences Moscow), Master of Philosophy in Diplomacy andMA in Politics (Jawaharlal Nehru University) and BA in EnglishLiterature (Delhi University), India.
