U.S. Marshal Harry MacMillan is on the hunt for a woman. And it isn't Sheryl Hancock, a dedicated postal worker with an advanced case of “if-only-I-could" wanderlust. But when Harry discovers her phenomenal recall of the details on a series postcards sent by the suspected cop killer, he pulls her into the manhunt and - in the process - experiences a different type of lust altogether.

Sheryl is kinda, sorta engaged to be engaged to a nice, steady guy when Harry drafts her onto his team. But working side-by-side with the sexy lawman for long hours in close quarters stirs a completely unexpected desire that makes her wonder if the real danger lies outside their tight circle...or in his arms.
