Unloved and Unwanted

"Mariam" is a teenage outcast, an outcast to the kingdom of sirens who is struggling with the loss of her father. Confined to the walls of the ice underwater castle, Mariam wants nothing but to explore the world. Motivated by the stories told to her by her beloved father, she's faced with the most significant decision of her life.

In the emotional story "No Looking Back," Frank sits with his wife as he desperately asks for answers as to how and why their brief marriage failed.

Comatose and on life support, Sasha haunts the dreams of her beloved husband as she tries to communicate her final words to him in the short story, "Alone."

In, "The Knock," Tom eats a frozen dinner in front of his television, watching the news, like any other night. But this night there is a knock on the door and Tom foolishly invites this mysterious person into his home.
