Raider Black, the leader of Novus, must justify his controversial actions in Ohio and the aftermath. It has become known that the Goddess used his mate as a weapon of mass destruction.

 

A Council member becomes interested in Theo and her talents. He could order that she be turned over to the Lycan Council for testing and put to death.

 

The Queen of Novus can feel it in her gut that the reckoning is coming. As content as she is building her life with her mate, she can’t escape the growing feeling of dread.
