Ibiza

This book is the result of three years of search and a few days of hard work in Ibiza and New York which I have enjoyed deepening my style as a photography artist without being influenced by more commercial assignments. I have been loyal to the black and white of my photographic origins. I belong to the tribe of film and developing. The theme of my work is diverse but it pays constant tribute to surrealism, a movement that I admire, from which I drink and derive inspiration. I look for dreamlike settings in everyday situations so that the observer can identify with the scene or the style of the subject I portray. Like to draw from experience & from my feelings when shooting.
I prefer to work with as little equipment as possible. If I have one lens and a camera thats all I need.
Photography is an art that takes the artist to some type of compulsive trance, requires patience and perseverance to give shape to a project like the one I present. The final selection is this book; it’s the group that represents the other group - the forgotten ones that will not see the light. I hope I was right and that the reader enjoys the photographs I have chosen with love.
