John J. Clifton, Temporal Specialist

On December 12, 2017, a small New York news office received an unusual email. After consulting with an expert in the field of quantum physics, the producers arranged for a meeting with the email’s author, one John J. Clifton, a self-described “temporal specialist” from the year 2151.

Skeptical at first, the company producers are shocked to discover Clifton is what he claims to be. While preparing to announce their extraordinary visitor to the world, however, they learn Clifton has involved them in his temporal mission; a mission that must be completed here in the past, in order to preserve mankind’s future.
