Marlon W. Collins is passionate about our youths. It is his desire to see the work of Almighty God done through Community outreach geared and focused upon all the youth in our communities. In his eyes, all our youth are currently at risk. In addition, he believes it is our responsibility as Kingdom Citizens, to utilize, mobilize and organize our youth for urban evangelism to facilitate community outreach.
