Laugh with him as he watches his brother perform a truly memorable stage act, or at him, as he his assaulted by a flying Action Man. Stand beside him at the Battle of Sandyford Somme, run along side him as he competes in sports, or escapes from various escapades. But most of all laugh at him as these adventures are packed with observational satire and humour. Just how he managed to actually get through his childhood is a mystery to many people who have got to know this heritage museum archivist; not least of which being the author himself.
