Emma Allen is confused. When she left her fiancé a year ago she thought she had made the right decision. Yet, no other man can compare with Luke. He is all she can think about, his kindness, his devotion, his love, and his soft brown eyes.

Emma makes a last minute decision to try to repair her relationship with her ex-fiancé over a Christmas holiday on the ski slopes. The problem is, Luke can't even meet her eyes.
