Out Of The Book Experience

Her mother warned her to remove Jason as a character from her new book. But she disregarded the warning even after her mother said he had killed people in real life, -when she had once used a character named Jason in one of her books.
Then when the Jason appears out of nowhere with a big grin on his face and hits her mother over the head, she knows she has made a big mistake.
In the end to get rid of Jason she is forced to burn all the books, even the ones that have already been sold. But will it take more than this to get rid of Jason, or will he just reappear in another book at some time in the future?
