This is a ‘how to’ book of instructions in the ancient and perennial Christian tradition of personal spiritual practice. It is presented by one who learned, practiced, and taught these ways of communion with God as a cloistered monk for twenty-five years. He does so in the prayerful hope that those few who ardently desire to grow in union with God will find in this book both instruction and encouragement in their spiritual life in Christ.
