Devlin Morrow wasn't about to let anyone get in the way of her sister moving on and rebuilding the center she had put such hard work into. She was a forceful woman who knows what she wants and from what he's seen her accomplish she gets it too. Yet she leaves and he is baffled she walked away from the chemistry between them.  He expects if it is meant to be they will meet again. And he is right. This time he's not letting her dismiss what is between them. This time he's going to ensure that she knows that he can also get what he wants—her.
