When the Fuller siblings inherit their eccentric aunt's dinner theater, youngest sibling, Sara, is determined to put her heart and soul into renovating the place and making it a center of the community of Concord Cove once again. Her millionaire oldest brother is willing to finance the effort, but he's given her a limited amount of time to work a miracle.

Sara's only chance to pull it all off is to ask for help from her childhood crush, her brother's best friend, the boy who broke her heart.

Brandon James is back in Concord Cove after the home renovation television show he starred on was canceled. He hasn't given up his Hollywood dreams, though. When his high school friend's little sister comes to him for help, he sees renovating the theater—and filming as he goes—as his ticket back to the big time.

But love has other ideas…

Plans go awry from the start when Brandon discovers he really likes Sara. Really, really likes her. The dorky kid who used to follow him around when he was a teenager is all grown up now, and Brandon just might be losing his heart to her. But will Sara still want him when he takes over her renovation project? Will the very thing that was supposed to bring them together drive them apart forever?
