He claims her early edition is now worth hundreds of dollars to book collectors. Tera thinks his tongue-in-cheek bestseller about obituaries was an idiotic fluke, so she agrees.


When she enters her yoga studio, Rupert's former secretary begs for her help to force Rupert to pay the percentage of his sales that he owes her. Tera is eager to assist her, but when she arrives at Rupert's house, she has to break up a scuffle between Rupert and the current owner of her mother's home. The following morning, Tera's detective husband is called to investigate a suspicious death, and the victim is Rupert Maynard! Worried that she could be considered a suspect herself, Tera makes a panicked prayer that is granted; her mother's ghost comes to the rescue! However, there is one serious complication: Rupert Maynard's ghost arrives as well!
