This is the fifth volume of the papers of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, including works from 1858 to 1862. This book, published in 1906, includes his Cooper Union speech in February of 1860, his first Inaugural Address in March of 1861, and many other letters, telegrams, and official messages.
