Training Creation Through the Lens of the Instructional Design Process

My name is Corey Feagins and I am an Instructional Technologist. In 2010, I graduated from East Tennessee State University with my Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication. Upon attaining this degree, my passion for communicating exceeded beyond the spoken form and transformed into teaching others. Four years later, I enrolled at Full Sail University to pursue my Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology. Educational technology is not only an interest but a has become a passion. Providing an effective and efficient platform for others to learn, grow and thrive is what fulfills me. I want the world to be a place where all have access to education, and technology is an outlet that makes that concept one step closer to becoming a possibility. This book brings light upon the process of instructional design and the struggles and triumphs one goes through when creating training content.
