Truth Discovered

Shortly before leaving Jamaica, W.I. for New York to pursue his life-long dream of becoming a doctor, twenty eight year old Bronz Walker was delivered a bombshell by his father, Kevin. Bronz received the shocking news that Kevin's late wife, Erica Walker was not his real mother. His biological mother was Nephertiti Kader (Neph), an Egyptian woman, with whom Kevin fell in love while studying in New York many years earlier. Where was she now? Was she still alive? No one knew.


As he left home, Bronz's mission became dual-purpose, not only to make it into medical school, but also to find his real mother at all cost. Will he ever find her? As he pursued his objectives, Bronz made a series of deep discoveries about his family, friendship, life in general, and even about himself.

Maurice Seville lives in Long Island, New York, with his wife, Shelley and their two daughters. He has a BS (hons) degree in Natural Sciences from the University of the West Indies, and an MS degree in Policy and Planning/Appropriate Technology from the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from the Long Island College Hospital School of Nursing, and has been working as a Registered Nurse for over sixteen years. He also serves as Assistant Pastor of the Roosevelt Bible Church in Long Island. Maurice is passionate about writing. This is his first novel.
