Wall of Fun

Charlie is a right Charlie. Even though in the post computer age, everything seems to be accepted - it is not. The Bureau does not like freaks and deviants. However, Charlie has a friend who works there. He believes Dexter will protect him from going to the Wall of Fun. This is a scheme, after the birth-rate has kept falling, brought in by the government, to get people to mate.
