In 1989, Robby Asaro dies a brutal death when his sleeve catches on the conveyor belt of FunCave Arcade’s pizza oven. But Robby never leaves, becoming a friendly ghost who watches over the arcade’s gamers.

By 2014, FunCave is still thriving, drawing teens to its new games and retro classics. Robby has grown especially fond of regular Tiffany Park. But when he tries to protect her from a bully, his first kill changes everything: Robby absorbs his victim’s hate and rage. Soon, he can’t control his violent urges, bodies pile up, and the arcade’s patrons are trapped inside with him.
