Zoraida

An Englishman in the Sahara buys a slave girl out of a caravan and inherits her enemies along with her secret. Le Queux traveled in North Africa and the desert geography is sound even where the plot is not. This edition is bound with a gallery of 36 plates after Munch, Fromentin, Delacroix and Walton, and includes 23 illustrations restored and coloured for it.
