This book tells you everything of David Goggins’ life and it motivates you like nothing else. He tells you lots of tipps and challenges to take over your life and get the most out of you. Every chapter has it’s own challenges and I bet if you are using them than you are going to be the best version of you.

What if? Stay Hard!
This book was extremely inspirational, it helps you open your mind to the endless possibilities that lie ahead. It bring up important points about suffering for example, that it is necessary in order to achieve better mental toughness. I really recommend this book, it’s a must buy!
