More kinky stuff and a hint of stalking
I was waiting for this book so much after I read Lights Out.
I was expecting a same kind of storyline-fortunately I was surprised.
Loved the MCs relationship-but it was a little bit all over the place from the FMC point of view. She was jumping ‘in and out’ whether she likes the MMC or not, and after a few times it was a little boring. As the main storyline-I was expecting at least the same exciting backstory as Josh and Ally, unfortunately I was disappointed.
As for spice-loved the full open minded FMC and the openness of the MMC-again Lights Out was way more spicier in my opinion.
As someone who speaks english as a second language, and on their native language there’s no differentiation between genders like he/she, it was really hard to follow the they/them pronunciation with Ryan. For the first pages I was really confused what is going on, whether I am stupid or there’s an error in the book. After I finally picked up on it that Ryan uses they/them it was okay, but it just kept coming up, and kept me distracted the whole time.
Anyways. I loved the book- and as for the ending- I really hope the thirds book is not about Tyler. In the first book I almost was okay with him- but for this book? Straight no for me. He’s a douche guy. But would really love a book about Alec- he seems interesting, or even Stefan-he’s shady for sure! :D
Overall I loved it and would recommend it if you’re up for more kinky stuff and a little stalking ;)
