The goal of this book is to help parents without a financial background gain a better understanding of how they can better save for their children's college education. As the title suggests this is a guide, not a Finance 101 textbook. While some basic financial principles will be addressed out of necessity, the intent is to keep the readers engaged and to focus on a few core behavioral competencies which will lead to savings success. Upon completion you will posses the knowledge to create and implement a savings plan designed to satisfy your family's personal needs.
