Volume three of Di Guoyong's exhaustive book on the Chinese martial art of xingyiquan. Translated by Andrea Falk. All the descriptions contain a great deal of detail, plus how to generate power, how to use breathing, a variety of practical applications for each technique, plus a poem to remember the main points.
