After Aon, Daniella founded two successful companies. Ovation Global Strategies assists corporations with complex transformational change initiatives, and Daniella Levitt Enterprises focuses on development and advancement of women in the workplace—specifically leveraging strategies around risk taking and cross-generational collaboration.
