At the age of 29 years old F.L. Hamill experienced a profound spiritual awakening after seeing the Face of God in a Lover. Previously an atheist, F.L. Hamill's life was transformed instanteously and not without torment, into an awakening of divine spiritual beatitude. An outpouring of divine poetry flowed forth and Song of the Nightingale, and second in the series I AM, were written aged 29 years. The Fragrant Garden flowed forth 10 years later.
