The Collateral -- Part 5: Stud Fees

I trusted my father when I signed the papers that made me his slave. I believed his promise that he’d treat me just like a free man. But once my family got a taste of the fast cash they could make from my stud fees, there was no stopping them.

My greedy stepmother. My scheming big brother. My dad with the failing business. They all have plans for the “easy money” they can get by renting me out to breed new slaves. And I seem to be the only one who remembers that those slaves will be my children.

“It’s for your own good,” they tell me. “The more money we make, the faster we can pay off that loan. And the sooner you’ll be a free man again.”

But none of them ever ask what I want. Or what this is doing to me.

Bit by bit, I can feel my humanity slipping away. As I’m mated with women in front of crowds of onlookers. As I listen to the breeders talk about the high price that they expect to get for my 
“pups.” As I’m collared and caged, like I’m nothing but an animal. A blond-haired blue-eyed piece of breeding stock.

I don’t know how much longer I can take it. How long until my rage and humiliation boil over, and I do something desperate?

But that’s not the worst part.

The worst is what my family has planned for me next.
