The Inn at Silver Springs

Welcome back to Silver Springs where two strangers are about to be thrown together by Destiny and an old woman.

For Alexis, coming back to Silver Springs was not something she had ever planned to do again.  But her life in the city has fallen apart and when her grandparents give her an offer she can't refuse, she finds herself moving to the town that she has not seen for many years.  As a teenager her world had been turned upside down by one event, and it had sent her fleeing from the little town that she had vowed never to return to.  Now she's back and as an adult Alexis cannot believe that these circumstances have brought her back to the town that had ruined her life and that she had hoped never to see again.

Jake grew up in Silver Springs and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.  The appeal of the big city had never intrigued him like it had so many of his friends after high school, and he disliked women from the city.  So, when the stylish and sophisticated Alexis is thrown into his world and that of his eight- year old daughter's, he has no idea how to deal with her disdain for the small town that he loves so much.

Will Alexis's posh city exterior and her heart of stone crack under the pressure of an eight-year old child, and can Jake make her see again what she once loved about Silver Springs?
