Probably suits better those with staff already
Felix’s advise not surprisingly comes from
his experience. Running an old economy magazine company and motivating staff. Let’s say you are attempting your first buy to let property, or work only for yourself with a website and sell some product or service. The hours learning about how to retain the best staff etc might not be relevant or at least not yet until you are most or all of the way to wealthy anyway. The best advice for those people is “be persistent” which to be fair is decent advice but it would have been a smaller book.
