Amazing
I am not one to write reviews. These are the best meditations that I have done. I follow a strict Christian meditation, but with this I feel it is the same end result. But thankfully, Joe is a master at this and I am someone who needs help and guidance. This is something I can see myself using time and time again... I am very happy !
