All my life I have had such a bad relationship with food but, a friend suggested this, and to be honest, I have never felt so excited and motivated about how much of a better relationship I am going to have with food but, also with my own mental state. This is all thanks to James! 100% can recommend to friend!
Fantastic info in this book, can’t believe it took me so long to get around to reading it. A must read for everyone whether you want to improve your fitness or physique or not there’s something in there for everyone!!
