The Four Agreements
During a very tough time in my life I needed to find how to deal with work bullies and this book really helped. One of the main thinks I took from it is if we allow others to damage our inner beliefs then this is our fault what we need to do is reflect it back at them and let them own their own nasty being.
As I have said to this day when confronted with abusive behavior from other's i will not own it instead I believe in my life principles and push the negative behaviour of the other person back to themselves.
If we refuse to take on others emotional blackmail then they can not impact us and this is the tool that this book will give you. I continue to refer to it during times of stress and it helps me to centre mysellf once agian. Would recommend and have recommended this book to others.
