A Study on Self-Monitoring Among Service and Technical Entrepreneurs (Statistical Table‪)‬

ABSTRACT Structural changes in the economy and the advancement in technology have resulted in reduced opportunities for employment. Larger enterprises and government organizations are shifting focus towards self-employment and small firms as important sources of new jobs. Entrepreneurship has a vital role to play in creating those jobs. The rapid economic changes call for a high degree of entrepreneurship, which will help to cushion adverse social impacts of unemployment by facilitating the creation of new employment opportunities as old ones decrease.
