American Paper Stock Company v. L. M. Howard

This is a personal injury action arising from a vehicle collision. Trial was before a jury, which found all special issues favorably to plaintiff L. M. Howard. The trial court granted defendant American Paper Stock Companys motion for judgment non obstante veredicto and entered judgment that plaintiff take nothing. The court of civil appeals reversed and rendered judgment for plaintiff. 523 S.W.2d 744.
