Balloons over Richmond

Major Ralph Smith, injured at the Battle of Antietam is no longer able to lead his men into battle but goes undercover at the Port of Baltimore for the Confederate Secret Service to find out what a mysterious Frenchman, Reynard Gastonne, is up to. As Smith sets about to investigating the Frenchman, he is tailed by Pinkerton Agents on the lookout for Southern Spies.
