Baptism of Fire

"Baptism of Fire", recommended for all US veterans, is the story of a disenfranchised ex-patriot, Vito. He's an ex-Marine home from the Vietnam War, coping with post-traumatic stress in his own way, by using cocaine. he's busted for possession of a controlled substance and serving 5 years in Federal Prison.

It is also the story of the men Vito meets in prison, from the Catholic priest serving 30 years for protesting nuclear weapons at a parade, to the many other war veterans being warehoused in an effort to hide what they've become from public view. "Baptism of Fire" is a testament to the rise and fall of just another American Dream.
