Beyond the Threshold of Death

In 1795 Ireland, Deirdra O'Dea is ailing from an unknown fatal illness. After unknowingly befriending a vampire, Deirdra is offered immortality, which she accepts.
Nearly two centuries later, Deirdra finds herself in the middle of an unearthly upheaval. Events waged over a millennia beforehand have reawakened the fury of an ancient Blood God who is set on the obliteration of the vampire race.
