The goal of this book is to help structure a Class A maintenance process based on planning, not reactive maintenance, which maximizes the efficiency of resources and provides significant savings. The 470-question checklist inside looks at every aspect of a maintenance program and asks in-depth questions about how each process is designed and executed. A point value is assigned to each answer and cumulative score earned.
