Publisher Description

Clinical Utility of Immunophenotyping of Hematological Malignancies In the past two decades, it has been shown that immunophenotyping of abnormal hematological cells is very useful for the diagnosis, classification, prognostic evaluation, and detection of residual disease in patients with hematological malignancies (1-5). Although in the first immunophenotypical studies microscopic evaluation of antibody staining was used, at present flow cytometry is the preferred method for data analysis (3-8).
