My daughter inspired me to share some of my quick and easy recipes and how to cook with love. Sharing some of the recipes my mother and aunt taught me growing up that I shared with her. My daughter also wanted me to do this cookbook so she will be able to pass it down to her daughter. I taught my children at an early age how to cook and no matter how busy we get cooking from the heart with love is what I wanted to instill in my children, make time to pray together have dinner together, talk, uplift and encourage one another all while enjoying a delicious meal.
