Dusty the Dog and Friends - Daisy goes to School

Daisy is going to School for the first time today, she experiences tummy wobbles, gets angry and sad. However by going to school and making a new friend she learns that it is not as bad as she thought it would be! Emotional regulation and building tolerance to frustration are key developmental learning skills. Avoiding such situations will make us more anxious, where as learning how to cope with the discomfort of anxiety, fear, sadness and anger will enable us to become socially interactive and improve our esteem.
