Ariel is an Army Wife, patiently waiting for her husband Luke to come home from his most recent deployment. On the way home from an appointment, she sees a new gym has opened, Fems Gym. She meets the owner, Charlie, and they strike up a friendship as Charlie offers Ariel a free trial of the gym's services. Ariel can't wait to get in shape: to lose a few pounds, to get a little more healthy, to feel better about herself.

But, does Charlie have other plans for Ariel? And what will happen when Luke gets back?
